The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Product.
The Company’s total liability to Users for any claims related to the Product shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the use of the Product in the last 12 months.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User’s access to the Product at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
Upon termination, all rights granted to the User under these terms will immediately cease.
The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Company’s website or the Product’s interface.
Users are encouraged to review these terms regularly. Continued use of the Product following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lucknow. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow High Court.
